We are Pagardar, a free platform founded March 2022 in Rajkot by Ketan Sarsecha, an interior designer with 18 years of experience in design and entrepreneurship. Built with the vision to simplify office employment across Gujarat, Pagardar connects job seekers and employers in major cities like Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Surat, and Baroda — all without charging any fees. Our mission is clear: to make office hiring and job searching easier, faster, and completely free for both employees and employers.
